经典范文欣赏

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the past one-month training on communication skills I participated in your center.

The course taught me how to work with body language, develop my listening and responding skills and gain confidence. I'm a manager in a big company Most people in business think they communicate pretty well, and in my experience that's generally true. However, even the best communicators can have their communication skills undermined when they get wrong-footed, face potential humiliation, or feel misunderstood. So this course is very useful for me and helps me become a good communication Teachers in your center are professional and enthusiastic, so under their guidance, I spent a pleasant and meaningful month there.

But I think there is room for further improvement in respect of the content and the timetable of this course. The course is interesting and excellent, but it should be designed according to personal styles of trainees. Then different trainees can find their most suitable training ways. As for the timetable, I suggest your center arrange more courses at weekends, for many businessmen like me are free only at weekends.

At last, I heartily thank the devoted teachers for their hard work. I look forward to seeing your more success in the near future.

Yours faithfully,

Nelson Clinton
