Everybody in this world hopes to keep healthy. Without a good health，one couldn't even live a normal life，let alone a happy life.

There are several ways to keep healthy. To begin with，one should do regular physical exercise. By this，one can not only keep himself in good physical condition but also stay in a good mood every day. In addition，having a balanced diet is also of great importance to keeping healthy. According to a recent survey conducted by WHO，taking too much fat accounts for 34. 7 percent of the diseases that people suffered from in the year of 2006. What's more，one should pay attention not to have too much pressure.
